WALL HANGINGS and GLASS-SCAPES

Wall hangings and glass-scapes (landscapes) are made completely of glass. 
The picture is done on sheet glass using frit (ground glass),
confetti (very thin shards of glass), and pieces of sheet glass. 

The glass is then fired in a kiln to a fusing heat of 1450º to 1480º. 
The piece may be fired and re-layered with more glass many times
and even tacked at a heat of 1350º-1400º (which creates a
3 dimensional affect) to achieve the exact look of depth and color desired.
